Account data (email, name), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number), uploaded photographs, project settings and outputs, and basic usage analytics.
To provide the Service (image processing, template generation), to process payments and manage subscriptions, to send transactional and marketing emails (with your consent), and to improve quality (aggregate analytics only).
Your photos are stored in encrypted private storage (AWS S3). They are processed solely to generate your templates. They are never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. They are permanently deleted 30 days after account deletion.
We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure and email delivery), and our physical kit fulfillment partner (only when you order a kit, and only the data needed to fulfill the order). We never sell your personal data.
Active accounts: data retained while subscribed. Deleted accounts: personal data purged 30 days after deletion request. Financial records: retained as required by law (anonymized). Email logs: retained for deliverability management.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. You can exercise these rights from your Account → Privacy settings page or by emailing privacy@paintmory.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
We use a single essential session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics (if enabled) use privacy-respecting, first-party analytics only.
PaintMory is not designed for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
