You always see a free, watermarked preview before a credit is used, so you never pay for a result you have not seen. Because of that, digital unlocks are final. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime for future periods. Custom kits are personalized products and cannot be returned, but we replace damaged or defective kits.
We are unable to offer refunds for digital products: unlocked templates, legends and downloads, consumed credits, and credit packs once any credit from the pack has been used. Delivery of digital content begins immediately at unlock. During signup and at unlock you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery has begun (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) and equivalent laws).
If a generation fails after you unlock, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. That is written into the code, not just this policy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in two clicks from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access and remaining credits until the end of the paid period. Charges for periods already started are non-refundable. During the free trial you can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.
Every kit is produced individually from your photo. Like all customized products, kits are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c) and equivalent laws) and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
If your kit arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will reproduce and reship it at no additional cost. Please send photo proof of the issue to hello@paintmory.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Orders with an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer; packages not collected from the carrier; orders already in production; and Shipping Protection fees. Shipping Protection provides replacement, not refund, for damaged, lost or stolen shipments. If a package is returned to us, a $15 handling fee applies for each additional shipment.
Where a refund is granted, it is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We will confirm every refund by email.
